What is included in the prices?

The prices quoted are per room, per day not including the local tax (€ 5,00/person/day from 16 years)

How much is the deposit?

We kindly ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount 60 days before arrival. For groups of 10 people or more a deposit of 30% is required at booking, the additional 20% not later than 60 days before arrival

You are welcome to pay the full invoice amount in advance by bank transfer. Please make sure to state the name of the customer and the booking date when making the transfer.

For bookings via the homepage you will be offered various payment methods.

We do not cover any possible charges for a transfer in another currency.

Which payment methods are available on site?

On site you have the option of paying your bill in cash or by EC card. (Deposits are only possible by bank transfer.) When booking via the homepage, you will be offered various payment methods.

Ski passes can be purchased directly at reception. These can be paid by bank transfer, credit card or in cash (no EC cards).

Are there discounts for children?

Children's discounts are subject to availability and only available on direct request by email. These are not available when booking via the homepage.

Children up to 6 years are free of charge in summer when booking including breakfast in their parents' room, with half board € 20,-.

Children from 6 to 12 years: 50% discount

Children from 12 to 15 years: 30% discount

The child discounts do not apply in the suite and in the small double room. A minimum occupancy of two full-paying adults is always required

What cancellation conditions apply in winter?

30 to 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount

14 to 30 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount

0 to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance in any case.

When can I check in?

Your room is ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Your room will be kept free until 18:00, after which you will no longer be entitled to the room. If you arrive later, please let us know.

You can book an early check-in from 10:00 a.m. for € 10.00 directly with us.

When do I have to check out?

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00. You are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room and changing room until departure.

We charge € 50.00 per room for a late check-out until 12:00 noon.

Where can I park my car?

There are plenty of parking spaces directly at the hotel and we also offer parking service. We do not have a garage. (In summer, a garage 200m away is available on request and for a fee.)

Are pets allowed at Kösslerhof?

Of course, dogs are also allowed at the Kösslerhof. Due to the higher cleaning effort we charge € 18,00 per day without food.

Where can I store my ski equipment?

In our house there is a separate ski room where you can store your equipment and dry your boots.

Where can I park my bike safely?

It's best to store your bikes in our lockable bike cellar.
